Happy Daylight Savings Time! This was a good day, despite the loss of one hour and the rainy weather. I'm still deep in the throes of tidying, so I'll keep this post short.
Besides some bedding for Truffle's litter box, it was basically groceries, groceries, and more groceries this week! Hubby and I are trying to eat less meat and grains, instead replacing the volume in our meals with a wider variety of vegetables and fruit. We currently buy a lot of frozen produce for convenience, but once I'm done with my #30daytidyingchallenge, I plan to go out more frequently so I can buy fresh produce too.
We're also nearly done with the sugary snacks we stocked up on over the holidays! Once the last Lindt truffle is in my belly, I plan to quit chocolate bars and candy and other processed junk food, cold turkey. I'll still have sweets, but I'll bake them myself--likely with dark chocolate, rather than the oh-so-delicious-but-wildly-addictive-creamy-milk-chocolatey-goodness.
I also wanted to mention that my next No-Buy Update on YouTube will be posted in April, and will cover February and March. I haven't had the urge to buy anything recently, and as you can tell from my blog updates, I've only purchased groceries in the past little while. Enjoy the rest of your weekend! :)
