Lulu's New Kong

Lulu loves when we leave the condo, because we'll usually give her a little treat in her Kong of peanut butter and dried duck pieces. Her old Kong was starting to get gnarly, so we bought her a new one from Amazon. When it arrived, it was very obvious that I had ordered the wrong size. The new Kong is teeny tiny - around half the size of the one pictured below. Note to self: next time, purchase size small, not extra small.




I was worried that Lulu would have trouble with the smaller Kong and thought about trying to exchange it. A month later, we still hadn't made the exchange, and her old Kong was getting really gnarly at this point, so we decided to let her try the teeny tiny one. I gave Lulu her new Kong this morning, and it's like she didn't notice that it was different. She didn't even bat an eye. After all, it's what's inside that counts.
